  • Delivery may take longer in remote or difficult-to-reach areas.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Saarnik Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

  • While we take utmost care to ensure timely delivery through our courier partners, delays or damages caused by third-party logistics are beyond our direct control. In such cases, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the matter at the earliest. External factors such as natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances may also affect delivery timelines. We request your understanding in such rare events.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.

  • if an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, refund will be processed after deducting actual shipping costs.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Saarnik Naturals ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
