Refund policy
At Saarnik Naturals, we provide products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned. We always strive to ensure your satisfaction, and if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described, we will be happy to provide a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within two (2) days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Replacement
To start a replacement request, contact us at support@saarnik.in with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product to:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, counterfeit, or if you receive the wrong product. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement.
Replacement or damage of the product will be delivered within 6 -7 working days
Refunds
Refunds are not offered except in cases where a replacement is not possible. In such cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days once approved.
